Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal is the prominent businessman with high level of integrity who has pioneered the remittance business in Nepal through International Money Express (IME) Pvt. Ltd. which is a leading remittance company in Nepal. A graduate in commerce from Tribhuvan University, Mr. Dhakal has proven his mettle in business with successful operations of International Money Express (IME) Pvt. Ltd.- Chairman, Mount Pumori Air Cargo P. Ltd.- Chairman, C.M Trading P. Ltd.- Chairman, Across Travels & Tours P. Ltd.- Chairman and IME Financial Institution Ltd.- Promoter. Besides, he also holds very important portfolios like President- Nepal Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NMCCI), President - Nepal Remitters Association (NRA) and Treasurer - International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
As being the young and successful businessman, he brings in the best of his business skills, leadership with vision, enthusiasm, etc., in the Global Bank team.
- Mr. Krishna Bahadur Kunwar - Director
Mr. Rajesh Upadhyay, an MBA from Tribhuvan University, is a young and upcoming businessman having interests in financial services, trading and television broadcasting. He is the Managing Director of Continental Financial Services (CFS) Co. P. Ltd. and Continental Marketing P. Ltd. He has attended numerous training programs/seminars on productivity and economic development.
He brings in the enthusiasm, updated management skills, business ethics and culture in the Global Bank team.
- Mr. Sandeep Agarwal - Director
Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, a Graduate in Business Administration, is a well known businessman with 15 years of experience in industry and trading business. He has been successfully operating the industries and trading houses like Gaylord Garment Industry as Director, Mahashakti Clothing as Proprietor and Shanker Impex as proprietor. He has also been working as the Director of IME Financial Institution Limited for last 2 years where he gained profound knowledge about the Nepalese financial market. He is currently associated with Malaysian Chamber of Commerce in the capacity of Treasurer.
- Mr. Dhan Bahadur Sherchan - Director
Mr. Dhan Bahadur Sherchan is an experienced entrepreneur having very good integrity and diversified business interests such as Finance & Banking, Travel & Trekking, trading and industry, etc.,. He has been in the business for over 3 decades with successful ventures like Pokhara Finance Ltd. as Founder Director, MAV Overseas and MAV Training Center as Chairman, Ruchi Food P. Ltd. as MD & Chairman (1986-2003), Osho World Travel as Chairman (1990-96). He has also served as the Chairman of Far Eastern Trade Services Center during 1986-99.
- Mr. Jeevan Man Joshi - Director
Mr. Jeevan Man Joshi M.A. in Economics with specialization in Agriculture Economics had started his banking career from Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) in 1976 as Joint Account Officer. He got an opportunity to work in various department of the bank including Training Centre. He worked with the RBB more than 27 years. His experience with RBB made him a prominent banker.
During his tenure with RBB he had successfully run major branches with high level of efficiency and integrity. Because of his the extensive banking knowledge, he got an opportunity to involve himself as an expert to provide guidance and leadership to various financial institutions.

Mr. Suraj Kumar Shrestha is a young, energetic and promising entrepreneur. Having done his MBA with specialization in Finance from School of Finance and Management, Oxford Brookes University, UK and Master in Applied Finance with specialization in Finance and Banking from Sydney Graduate School of Management, University of Western Sydney, Australia, Mr. Shrestha has gained enriching knowledge in international banking and finance which will definitely add value to the Global Bank. In the professional front, he has now been working as the General Manager of Dhaulagiri Pashmina Industry, Nepal.
- Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal (World-wide Investment)

Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal, a Graduate in Science, is the young and upcoming entrepreneur with a decade long experience in the business. He has been successfully handling his responsibilities as Chairman of IME Financial Institution and Executive Director of all the group companies under IME Group like International Money Express (IME) P. Ltd., Mount Pumori Air Cargo P. Ltd., C. M. Trading Enterprises P. Ltd. and Across Travels & Tour P. Ltd. which proves his skill and knowledge in the business management.
Mr. Dhakal has currently been shouldering the important portfolios like General Secretary of Nepal Malaysian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Export Council of Nepal. He is also the active Member of bilateral trade organizations like Nepal Britain Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Nepal USA Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Nepal German Chamber of Commerce & Industry, etc.,. Mr. Gurung, having done MBA from Tribhuvan University, started his banking career with Himalayan Bank Limited as Sr. Officer-Operations. His last assignment at Himalayan Bank, Thamel Branch was Head- Customer Relations Department as Sr. Relationship Manager where his primary responsibilities were Credit/Deposit Marketing, Relationship Management, Credit Analysis/Risk Management, supervision of Consortium portfolio, etc., which he carried out in effective and efficient way. During his 11 years spell at Himalayan Bank, he successfully established 2 branches as Branch Manager namely Hetauda Branch and Pokhara Branch and led them to profitable operations well before the stipulated time frame.
He gained extensive experience in core banking functions like operations management (Cash/Bills/Remittance/Customer Service), Bank Marketing, clientele relationship management, Credit Analysis/Management/Administration, Trade Finance transactions, Branch establishment & Management, correspondent banking, Quality Service Management, etc.,. He has participated in numerous professional trainings/workshops like Credit Management Training, RBI, Mumbai, Total Quality Management (TQM) in Tokyo, Japan, etc., which enabled him to grow as a professional banker.
- Mr. Prabin Raj Pokharel - Sr. Manager, Head - Operations
Mr. Pokharel, an MBA of Kathmandu University started Banking career with Himalayan Bank as Sr. Officer. He worked in Credit, Operations and Credit Card Department in Himalayan Bank. Later on he served at Bank of Kathmandu as Manager Planning, Product Development & Correspondent Relations. His last assignment was Manager Card Division at Nabil Bank Limited where he successfully launched numerous Card related products. He has a decade long experience in the banking with special concentration in card business and thus possesses expert knowledge in overall Credit Card Business. Apart from this, he has experience in market research and product marketing of about 2 years. He has participated numerous banking and professional management trainings/workshops organized by Visa International, MasterCard International and other renowned management schools in The Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sri Lanka, Thailand and India.

Mr. Bhanu Kandel, a Project Leader from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA from Tribhuvan University started his banking career with Kumari Bank Limited as Manager Internal Audit in July 2003. During his 4 years spell at Kumari Bank, he also worked as Branch Manager of Pokhara Branch and thus he possesses overall knowledge of banking business. Apart from this, he had also worked at American Life Insurance Company (ALICO) as Assistant Manager-Accounts and Member secretary of Investment Committee. Mr. Kandel is the winner of Gold Medals for standing First in Intermediate of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce examinations of Tribhuvan University in 1993 and 1996 respectively.
During his professional career, he has attended numerous banking and non-banking trainings/seminars/workshops such as Management Reporting, Investment Management, Nepal's Membership in WTO and Challenges of Chartered Accountants, Accounting and Auditing Standards, Strategic Planning for Success in the Increasingly Competitive Global Market, Corporate Tax Accounting, Tax Management and Tax Planning, etc.
Mr. Bhawani Dhakal, having done his LLM in commercial law from Tribhuvan University, has been in the legal profession as a private legal practitioner and an advocate for more than a decade. During his professional career, he has worked as Legal Officer of Department of Cooperatives and as Secretary of National co-operative Ltd., and attended numerous training relating to legal issues of cooperative banking. He has presented the research papers on Banking Transactions of Cooperative Societies and existing legal provisions. He was the Gold Medalist for standing First in Bachelor of Law examinations of Tribhuvan University in 1992 which exhibits his academic excellence.
